Reminder for referral-based services
For Health Insurance Fund covered consultations (requiring a referral issued by a family doctor with the appropriate medical indication), it is possible to book an appointment for a speech therapy service without a co-payment.
If the client cannot attend the scheduled appointment, they must inform Altair Rehabilitation Center as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours before the appointment, via one of the following methods:
● By phone during Altair Rehabilitation Center’s working hours Mon-Fri 9-20, Sat 9-17, Sun 9-16 at +3725504777
● By email at altairkeskus@gmail.com, info@altairkeskus.eu
● At the reception desk of Altair Rehabilitation Center.
If the client informs Altair Rehabilitation Center of the cancellation according to the described requirements, Altair Rehabilitation Center will cancel the client’s appointment and, if desired, schedule a new one. If the client does not inform Altair Rehabilitation Center of the cancellation according to the described requirements or cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, Altair Rehabilitation Center has the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25 € to cover the readiness costs of the service.
